Francesca Paolucci-Rice 

Sr. Project Manager, Platting and Land Use 

Ms. Paolucci-Rice has been working for Jorgensen Associates for over 25 years and specializes in Land Use and Water Rights Projects. She acts as a liaison between clients and town, county and state agencies. She is involved in the preparation of requisite maps, which include maps of survey, building envelope and conservation easement maps, subdivision plats, and maps to accompany water rights applications and petitions. Ms. Paolucci-Rice is also responsible for the preparation of legal descriptions, affidavits, applications and petitions. Her position includes the review of legal documentation prepared by clients’ attorneys, including covenants for subdivisions, deeds, and other conveyance instruments.
