Jeff Bates, P.E. 

Director of Operations 

Mr. Bates serves as the Director of Engineering for the firm and is a Senior Project Manager.  He has been a project manager and project engineer with Jorgensen Associates for over 20 years and has been involved with a variety of public and proviate infrastruction projects.  As the Director of Engineering, he is responsible for all technical and administrative aspects of the engineering operations.  He is also the discipline director for Construction Administration and Structural Engineering.  He has comprehensive knowledge of project scope and delivery, from preliminary studies, planning and entitlements, to design specfication writing and construction administration and management.
