Redtail Development

Driggs, Idaho

In keeping with the owner’s sensitivity towards the natural resources of the area, this 106-acre residential development with 27 cabin sites, 25 single-family lots and a clubhouse has been carefully planned and developed to minimize impact on the land and wildlife. Water and sewer systems connect to the City of Driggs water distribution and wastewater collection systems. This reduces the impact on established vegetation, protects the wildlife habitat, and lessens the impact on the Teton Creek corridor. The meticulous location of roads and building envelopes further diminish the impact on the existing vegetation. Berms have been designed to minimize the impact on the Ski Hill Road scenic corridor while maximizing the noise buffering for the proposed building envelopes. The Estate Cabins are designed and built to stringent U.S. Green Building Council standards and will obtain a silver Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification or higher level upon completion.
